anyway.i was unlucky enough to be chosen to go buy the books from the IT block.plus not a lot of people had exact change can.couple 50s and a lot of 10s.had to exchage notes with the auntie at the photocopy shop.BUT.later found out the book was 3.90...not 4.so i kinda gained 2bucks for my troubles.LOL.
leraned how to intro yourself and the usual bonjour everyone knows...at teh start though...the lecturer,she told us to say 'pleased to meet you' in french,and err,i duno how to spell it.phonetically it's sorta like 'ah-shan-tehhh~' think it's spelled enchante.with one of those thingys on top of the last e.thing is.she idn;t tell us wtf was it until she asked.i guessed i twas like ' welcome to teh class' or soemthing.kinda off the mark.haha.
thurs! tutorial on wens...lecture on thurs.best part? it's at business school.worse part? it's 6pm to 7pm.anyway had comprog till 5pm,but ended early.stayed behind sicne i could use the web there in the lab,and i got french class.the lesson didn;t last till 5pm tho.more like 4.15,then most peeps already comleted the stuff they wanted us to do.was going to go read more mags or books.but realised the computers in the library don;t need booking,u only need to 'vacate' if someone actaully booked a slot.pfft.didn't know this last sem.then again.i didn't have any big gaps or anything in my timetable last sem.
just used the comp until 6pm.listened to music on youtube,just didn't watch the video.school headphones are really soft.i was listening to Milk Inc.and couple others.techno/rave kind of music.i thought it was soft.volume on full.till i took it off,and pretty much realised the people around me prolly hear the mucis also.LOL.but it's still soft to me.i like my rave music loud. =]
ok after that lecture! damn.total opposite of the tutorial.tutorial has a couple girls.losta guys.now.left right front back.girls girls amd more girls.love it =] well,there are guys too.but.less than engine.business a lot of girls.yay.
and lol.i typed a whole lot.been watching tv and typing this from 10pm...now watching survivor! lol.aired in the US already.but not in singapore.usually they are aired together,same day,with a live telecast in the afternoon.why? simple.after i went to see the website.
the new tribes are spilt in diffrent races.niggers,latinos,asians and white peeps.well,not exactly that,but i'm lazy.^^

yesterday.school reopened.pffft.timetable is ok,but now i don't have thursday that is 1pm -5pm...how it's more like 9am to 7pm -.- french at 6-7...and an hour break between.wnes the worst.10am-1pm.but.4pm-6pm i have french tutorial.wtf man.3 hours.nothing to do really.maybe i'll bring my laptop and play in the library.and a lot of peeps taking jap -.- even tien2 is taking jap.during lunch,they jokingly said next time,they keep talking in jap.and i won't understand.lol.maybe i'll cuss at them in french.haha.gona have the tutorial tml.and meeting sarina before that,return her MS office CD.
so.ytd was my b-dae.with most years.i didn't really plan much heh.dinner with family.most in my class didn't know.which is a good thing.haha.i think.the guys at EHJ,did tho.started a thread to wish me happy b-day,with the title :

anyway went to dofu lane there...one of the 'xi cha' resturants.went there,and everything seems 'upgraded',it was like a hotel banquet,sans air con.i wondered why.no weddings or anything special or something.until,i saw a local tv star...vincent ng.then it hit me,no wonder everything like a lil extra nice today.haha.ate a lot.
had : shark's fin ; 3 bowls of rice ; swt and sour pork ; 2 hot plates of deer meat.
ok,might not seem much.but it's like one big plate can.and 2 hot plates,cos the first one came,and it disappeared very fast.so i ordered a second plate =]
changed my skin,to one which i had previously.thankfully,not much tweaking needing.jus the colours of the tagboard.yea,i save all my templates.
gona go play eve,need to earn some isk after spending so much and to recover the losses i took.

haha.oh btw i got in french for CDS.yay.so.continue from last night...
1st Night.
met lionel,ivan and branddon at tampines small mac...then took 29 to the chalet.had the BBQ,was not much,just chicken wings,hotdogs and sotong balls.the first batch of sotong balls,branddon wanted them,but by the time i took a fork and wanted to eat them...we took it all but one.=]
went to the second floor after the BBQ,playing the PS2 lionel brought.den watched tv.den talked.den play more ps2.nothing much really.me and cheryll was watching Project Runway when i told her someone shown mw how to do the catwalk or wadeva on the runway.i did it...and she laughed her head off. -.- made her not to tell any of the other guys.
we stayed up until like 4am or so,lionel and branddon playing their guitars.while i played the ps 2...and melvin and cheyrll in their room.we can hear werid noises coming from the room...and the 3 of us stopped everything and went to listen more carefully.heard some 'suspicious' sounds...den branddon just shouted "FRONICATION IS A SIN!!!"(or however u spell it.i'm lazy to check).hehe.we only stayed up that late cos of stephen and april...said 1am will reach.but.delayed until 4am++(as we found out later) -.-lll so we played games on PS 2...and watched a movie titled "Yours,Mine and Ours".big momma's house 2 can't be played.dammit.
so,stephen and april finally came.they are supposed to take the room on the first floor,but they said it was too eerie.and came up.i was about to crash already,but i went outside and see wad was it about.should not have done that.cos,they will take my room...and i sleep in the other room with lionel and branddon.had to sleep on the floor lor.used the sofa's cushions.so not that bad.and i was near the fan...so pretty cooling.i could nto really sleep,cos branddon had the speakers on(connected to the ipod,and playing those worship songs)...so i tried until i BTH then went to switch it off.knocked out after that.
2nd Day
10 or 11am++,woken up by branddon when he moved something or wadeva.i woke up,was gona go freshen up,and i woke lionel up.and guess what woke branddon up.lionel's snoring.lol.so...actually it was lionel who woke himself up with his snoring. =]
we went outside,and saw a mess...chicken wings and hotdogs half eaten on the side tables.so we thought it was stephen who ate and never cleaned up or something,we sat down...then,we realised it ain;t stephen,cos he does not eat on the floor...or the staircase...or behind the tv,nor does he have paws.
looks like the 'barricade' we erected last night didnt keep the cats out.damn those cats.shud not leave any food outside.anyway,deceided to clean up later after we went to get lunch.after lunch branddon,stephen and april gona go off,with stephen and april coming back later to stay the night again.
so cleaned up,had a bit of fun with the water.haha.and cheryll took a video of us washing the floor(there was so many chicken bones all over lor!and ants,spilled drinks,and more bones.)played PS2 after that,and cheryll friend called,and she told us the CDS results are all out.we all checked ours...and she almost gave me a heart attack saying i gotten F&N.but later found out it was french.phew.
later,the rest wanted to take a nap,cos we didn't sleep much last night,so i was all alone outside,watched a bit of tv,then read my book.was lying on the sofa,facing the sea.quite nice.halfway through i heard some noises as if someone was looking for soemthing in a plastic bag,didn't think much of it until it struck me that no one else was awake.lol.turned around and saw 4 cats scratching the plastic trash bag.i shouted "oei" and they all turned to look at me.and bolted.one more decided to come up also.and i chased it around the second floor,there was a lil corridor going around the perimeter of the rooms,then back to the living area.
anyway after that,the others were awake,and we prepared dinner.used teh bee hoon left from last night.hotdogs.and the curry.and yea,sotong balls.mixed up the remaining sryup.eat untilquite full...left some space for desert.haha.chreyll said to mix the logans with 7up raspberry,and then serve.lionel melvin and i were like "liddat can meh? nice anot?u sure not...later LS how." but.it turned out well.the logans were superb.
after watching prison break on tv,while the rest took a shower...more PS2 time!tried some game called armored core.sorta like mechwarrior kind of game.didn;t knwo hwo to play,and was no fun cos they kept losing to the AI.so...looked around and guess what.played ninja turtles.stuck with it cos it was kinda retarded but nice to play.
so the chalet at aloha changi,had all these insects right,pretty common.moths,beattles,dragonflies and stuff.so...had a couple small ones that flew in,the lionel and cheryll jumped a lil here and there.melvin and me,not much.so i figured melvin ain;t that scared of flying insects.that was until i saw a dragonfly come in...hovered in front of me for a bit...and then approcahed melvin.i told them "oei...got dragonfly near you" but kinda went unanswered.then that dragon fly landed on his face for a spilt second.
screaming ensues.from melvin lionel and cheyrll.i was sitting there " i told you so" so the dragonfly almost got smacked by lionel waving his cloth,and him shouting "huo huo huo huo huo (x 3 or 4 more)...". think jay chou and one of his videos.yea...it all settled down..and the dragonfly lived.it flew around.it went near the fan,i said it's gona hit the spinning fan and fall to the floor.so.it eventually did.landed with a plop.melvin and cheryll jumped and screamed and ran away from the sofa,cos it landed in front of the sofa they were at.lionel...didn't do anything...cos he was "where is it?!?!? where is it?!?!?!" i pointed to his legs.THEN he freaked out.took his slipper and smacked the dragonfly.prolly dead by now.all went closer to take a look,but the fan's downdraft was caught by the dragonfly's wings and it kinda moved 30-40cm.more screaming.and lionel using his slipper to smack even more.poor dragonfly,dead and it's body smacked by a slipper 6-7 times.
so...back to ninja turtles.there was a move one of them used.the turtle had these nun-chucks,he swing them in the air like a helicopter,and kicked him legs in front of him.we saw it,and kept laughning.it was just one of those things u see and burst out laughing.
then.1am.stephen and april arrived.had to wait for them again lor.anyway after they came...we all went to bed.this time,thankfully,branddon did not stay overnight,he had cellgroup or soemthing till late.so.i had a bed to sleep on.phew.

got back home already.had a chalet.really little people lol.mostly just me,lionel,mel and cheryl...stephen and april only came at night...and bran stayed the till the next day.both ivans only came for the first night,but nvr stay overnight...tho not a lot of peeps...heh.still fun.quite relaxing really.missed my computer tho.can;t read my friend's blogs.haha.i go to the blog everyday one lor.not that i'm werid or anything...just that i got a list of blogs saved in my favourites and i just go to them one by one.
anyway.i'm tired.came back in the morning,took a cab home.with lionel,stephen and april.reached home.and...took a nap.a 6 hour nap or so.lol.1pm to 7pm.
i'll just blog about it later.lazy to type.haha.tml prolly.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG.
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA IS THE BEST DRAMA OUT THERE.
it's good that it's sci-fi tho...but not like starwars,full of action scenes only.i missed last season's episode 19 and 20,tried to download it,but hardly any good seeds.so i just skipped and watched season 3.i was totally blown away.everything is just seems so real...as in that it could happen.the cylons occupied New Caprica...after they found it,the Galactica,Pegasus and other FTL-capable ships jumped off...no way they could have taken on the Base Stars.they aired episode 1 & 2 back to back,was great.
there's one part when the insurgents(resistance force or wadeva) planned to bomb the graduation of the NCP,New Caprica Police,composed of humans who worked for the cylons,thinking they can remove the cylons off the streets and keep the streets safee themselves,but others viewed them as traitors,working for the cylon machines.so...it's this guy who had his wife killed in the cylon occupation,volunteered for the mission...cos he has nothing to live for now.his last words before the bombs went off :
"I'll see you soon,nora..."
anyway,battlestar galactica or BSG,is one of the highest rated shows in US/Canada and europe.even non sci-fi fans were drawn into it...great drama plus superb acting by the cast makes BSG the best TV show out there now.screw the korean dramas.screw the local productions.BSG is DA BOMB.go watch it =]
so jealous of rach.cos she can watch it in canada...and they have a sci-fi channel.and CBS.arrrghhh.and she hardly watched them >.< i soooo jealous can!

well.after that last post.my sleep pattern went back to normal...and hoping it won't go haywire again.sleeping at like 1am,give or take 1 or 2 hours.waking at 9-10am.would be good too,since school is gona start again.zzzz...
watched 2 movies last night.Death To The Supermodels...and A Lot Like Love.
DTTS was not all that great...but if u needed to kill time,watch it.i just watched cos i thought it'll be a real good comedy.but.not what i expected.about some editor for a some werid magazine to get the world's 5 top supermodels to do a photoshoot.There's a model with a very sad looking pout,but has multi-personality disorder.Second is a chinese chick who had her boobs augmented,and later found out to be a she-male.Third is a black model,with a huge booty.Fouth,she has the ability to stay motionless.and not talking.the last one,looks the hottest.but is a model who thinks she's so attarctive she never uses dedourants,nor take showers very often...not does not shave her armpits. o.O anyway,the story really lame...only good thing prolly is that jamie pressly is in it.
A Lot Like Love.your typical romance movie i guess.boy meet girl,boy love girl,girl loves boy.at the end both will be together.i totally loved it.haha.it's the movie that makes u feel all warm and fuzzy inside.and the kind that u will spent the time watching with your other half.boy meet girl at the airport,both joined the mile high club,when they both were on the plane.haha.and later spends a whole day together.well i don't wanna spoil it for anyone else,but they met up a few times in 7 years...and became really good friends,before realising they have something between them that is,well...A Lot Like Love.haha.so,rent the dvd or something,grab your other half or a date and go watch it together lying on the couch or sofa,with the lights dimmed...and just enjoy the movie =]
oh yea.i know another way to burn more calories(other one was frenching burns 6-10 calories per mintue,lol,thanks to discovery channel).just drink more cold water.cos when u drink cold water,your body burns calories heating the water to body temperature...or at least that what they say on the TV.anyway i always drink cold water,only time i didn't was during the ATC camps...or the school ones.

and yay.i ain't burning though this book 'Stone'.had a basic introduction to quantum mechanics too.read it before somewhere in tampines library...sometime ago.thing is with QM,it's not what it's like in our world.like we see an apple.we know how it will behave when we do certain things to it,and it will always be the same,if u did the same thing.that's the law.for example we know if we pushed it off a table,it will fall to the ground,and if we are fast enought we will catch it,cos we can gauge how fast it is going,where it is going and move our hand to intercept the trajectory of the apple falling...but it's not that way in the quantum level.
sure...we can measure the at an atomic level,we can know how fast an atom is moving,where it is headed to,but we can never know both at the same time.maybe in some advanced future hwre they found out everything,they might.
but as of now.no we can't.and we can't know both cos in an atom's view...the observer affects the observed.we are jus probabilities to it.ok...think of it this way,this is called the schrodinger's cat(i think i spelled it right...theres one of those funny letters with 2 dots above it,but i duno how to re-create it)

geez.i just said i turned my clock around.and i woke at 5pm today.WTF.but then.i slept real well,cos i didn't even wake up once in the middile of the night.and thats like...*counts* 14 hours.might be less tho.cos i duno what time i fell asleep.guessing like 2 or 3 or 4 am.hey i was reading a book lor.
i burned through like 3 books in 2 days.thats not including Tango Midnight,cos i read that whenever i went to take a crap.i finished that book,finally.i thought "hmm the next book will last me a while".even though both had like 360++ pages,but Tango Midnight was a smaller sized book,like 30-40% smaller in size.BUT.i didnt factor in my own curiousity.Tango Midnight was a ok book,interesting enough to hook me in,but not to make me read the whole book in one go.that happened with the next 3.

those books are all sci-fi related,cept rouge element,which was about indonesia's own military shooting down a quantas plane,as one of the passengers hacked into the militray server and found plans for a coup and plans to invade australia.now i'm left with 3 books.one's the largest of the lot..and one is the smallest.had 13 books that i bought from a sale at expo.
