yeah apparently a teacher in britain was arrested. on him they found a pencil, eraser, ruler, protractor and compass. They said he was part of the Al Gebra network, and that he had weapons of math instruction!

ok,the girls.i have quite a lot of pics and my friend,when she saw my folder she went like :

haha.gotten quite a bit of why all my msn dps are always girls.recently added a girl called Turetere,seems mexican by her looks,and only reason i know her name is cos she has 'truetere' stamped on the pics sent to me.haha.maybe it's not even her real name.maybe i should goggle it sometime.
haze was real bad on sat.freaing PSi was 150..didn't see a haze that rated a 150psi since that last BIG haze couple of years back.like in '97 or something. i didn;t go out much anyway,so didnlt affect me as much.on sat went to the chalet,that my parents booked,they went on friday afternoon,but i didn't go...too lazy yea.went only for sat night cos of the BBQ and stuff.shuda brought my laptop there tho,could have played armada II..since i don;t think they have wireless connections for me to log onto the web.maybe a phone jack.but i didn't check.just ate the staty,kebabs,pork chops and...nohing else? haha.they had seafood which i detest.so i didn't eat that.and they had coke there.yayness.cos no coke for 2-3 days already...and i addicted to coke lah.hehe.
and yay.i ain't burning though this book 'Stone'.had a basic introduction to quantum mechanics too.read it before somewhere in tampines library...sometime ago.thing is with QM,it's not what it's like in our world.like we see an apple.we know how it will behave when we do certain things to it,and it will always be the same,if u did the same thing.that's the law.for example we know if we pushed it off a table,it will fall to the ground,and if we are fast enought we will catch it,cos we can gauge how fast it is going,where it is going and move our hand to intercept the trajectory of the apple falling...but it's not that way in the quantum level.
sure...we can measure the at an atomic level,we can know how fast an atom is moving,where it is headed to,but we can never know both at the same time.maybe in some advanced future hwre they found out everything,they might.
but as of now.no we can't.and we can't know both cos in an atom's view...the observer affects the observed.we are jus probabilities to it.ok...think of it this way,this is called the schrodinger's cat(i think i spelled it right...theres one of those funny letters with 2 dots above it,but i duno how to re-create it)
imagine :
a opqaue box has a cat inside.the box is made in a way that opening the box will kill the cat.
but we can't see inside the box,we can't x-ray it or scan it or wadeva.however we want to know if the cat is alive or dead.but if we open the box to see,the cat will be dead.but we need to know if the cat is alive or dead now,before we open the box?
in the quantum world,thats how it is...and by that experiment,the quantummorla of the story is that the cat is both dead and alive.it takes on both states at the same time,or simultaneously.
what happens is that when we open tha box,that action collapses these quantum probabilities into only one pattern - that 'the cat is dead' .you might be thinking,either the cat is alive or dead,and by opening the box,we found out it to be dead or alive.
but no.at the qauntum level,the cat is alive and dead at the same time.until its it observed ( ie : opening the box to look) and that act of observation collapses the proability of the cat being alive to go *poof* and into a single determined(or pre-determined if u want)patter - dead in this case.
